Carey leads the company’s human resources, total rewards, talent management and communication team. She collaborates with executives and senior leaders to develop people strategies that enable organizational engagement, alignment, growth and effectiveness.


Carey has more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in North America and globally. Prior to joining Grupo Ferré Rangel, Carey held the positions of Senior Vice President-Global Talent Management & Development for Assurant, Inc. and Executive Vice President-Human Resources, Organizational Development and Communication for Assurant Solutions.
