Metrics for News is an analytics dashboard and content strategy program from the American Press Institute that helps news organizations better understand what their audiences value, what engages them and what will make them paying customers.
A grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation provided access to Metrics for News software and services to nine newsrooms, including GFR Media. This tool and its data insights will speed up our transformation towards an audience-centric business model.
