Since 2005, Mariemma has dedicated her career to leading federally funded educational projects, beginning at the Puerto Rico Department of Education. Over the past two decades, she has managed large-scale initiatives across Puerto Rico and the United States, directly impacting students, educators, and school leaders.
As the Senior Director of GFR’s educational arm, A+, Mariemma brings a deep commitment to compliance, strategy, and social purpose. She believes education is a catalyst for social change and that every well-managed opportunity can unlock potential, open new paths, and plant seeds of hope.
