Shaneiliz leads the company’s Human Resources, Compensation, Talent Management and Communications team. Collaborates with executives and leaders to develop human resources strategies that foster the organization’s development, experience and culture.

She has more than 15 years of experience leading operations, compensation and benefits teams for Latin America, the United States and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Grupo Ferré Rangel, Shaneiliz served as Senior Human Resources Manager for General Electric and ABB. Upon her arrival at Grupo Ferré Rangel, she excelled as senior director of Human Resources, leading projects to improve the stability of the payroll process, review and improve the benefits offered to employees, such as the change to a better medical plan, and structure competitive compensation plans.
